When you register as a job seeker, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. If you register as an employer, you must be authorized to represent the company or organization, and all job postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities. You agree to provide accurate information about your company and job openings and remain responsible for compliance with all applicable employment laws in Ghana.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
JobLink provides a platform for job seekers to search and apply for employment opportunities, for employers to post job listings and search for candidates, and for access to HR consultancy, corporate services, payroll, and benefits administration. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content, use the website for any illegal purpose, harvest user information without permission, post discriminatory or offensive content, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate others, or use automated systems without permission. All job postings must comply with Ghana's Labour Act, and discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Job Postings and Applications
Employers must ensure all job postings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with Ghana's employment regulations. JobLink does not guarantee the quality or suitability of any candidate, and employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions. Job seekers must provide truthful and accurate information in their applications. While you retain ownership of your resume and application materials, you grant JobLink a non-exclusive license to share your information with potential employers. Applications submitted through our platform are sent directly to employers, and we are not responsible for employer responses, hiring decisions, or salary negotiations. JobLink does not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities.
Fees and Payments
Basic job search and application services are free for job seekers. Premium services, if offered, will be clearly indicated with associated fees. For employers, job posting fees and corporate service rates will be communicated before purchase as specified in service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and prices are subject to change with prior notice. All payments must be made through approved payment methods, and you are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of JobLink Ghana or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, such as resumes and job postings.
